Dinky Toys 62y; Giant High Speed Monoplane; G-ATBK, Silver

This plane is not identified as a particular plane, it may be modelled on a real plane, but my 1930s plane spotting skills are not up to identifying it if it is. It went into production in 1939, production was paused in 1940 as the factory switched to war work. Production resumed in 1945 and continued until 1949. First run planes have the registration number G-AZCA, post war they are G-ATBK. You will see it in a range of bright two-tone colours as well as silver.
