Dinky Cars England

This is from the era when cars got batteries and working lights. Both Dinky and Corgi were at it. This is a slightly crude attempt, you push down the back end of the car and the brake lights come on. There's quite a big sacrifice in modelling to achieve a so-what feature. On the whole I prefer the previous few years' fintail Mercs which Dinky produced. I actually owned one of these when I was a kid, the best bit to me was the screw in the base which meant I could take it to bits.

This Dinky was sourced in February 2009 from Chester Toy Fair
