Matchbox SuperKings; Plymouth Trail Duster

This short-lived SUV was the only SUV produced by Chrysler under the Plymouth badge. It is more commonly seen as a Dodge RamCharger. It is interesting that Matchbox chose the more obscure variant, perhaps it was a condition of being granted the licence to produce the toy that Chrysler insisted Matchbox promote the lesser known and slower selling truck.

Being an English person I also find it curious when motor manufacturers call a model 'Duster' - it sounds so domestic and household chores related.
