Matchbox SuperKings; Jaguar XJ12

I just so love Jaguars. I've owned three which I drove every day and I felt so lucky to own such wonderful motor cars. Consequently I tend to look kindly on my favourites although it is a bit hard to love this one. The XJ6/XJ12 was always a fabulous car in every guise and generation, but this is just a lazy piece of modelling. The profiles are OK but end-on front and rear it is just bad. Not sure orange windows would enhance the driving experience much either.

The car numbered K-66 is probably always a Police car in a set with two Honda motorcycles, I suspect the unboxed cars below in blue and in gold metallic came from the Caravan Touring Set, where they can be blue, gold or red, and the unboxed Police car came from the Police set. I've seen the set with the Police car with the chequer stripe and with the plain pink or blue stripe.

I've not been able to find an individually boxed XJ12 in civilian or Police finish.
