I remember getting one of these for Christmas back in the day. It proved remarkably durable and did not suffer the damage from play that so many of my cars and trucks used to exhibit. I actually saw a real one in the street in San Francisco in 2012. The cab was more up to date, but it was the same double hopper trailer set. As it passed I was checking out a parked Studebaker Starliner, it felt like the world of diecast had come to life that day.
There are two versions, this one with black tyres found in a tray box and one with grey tyres which comes in a window box. The grey tyres one is worth a little more cash. They are also referred to as part of the Major Pack series with number M-4.
