Models of Yesteryear Y-12/1; 1899 London Horse-Drawn Bus

This is really tiny, 1:100 scale or thereabouts. The 1899 London Horse-drawn Bus (Y-12/1) was made only in 1959. I can guess why it was withdrawn as it would have lasted about a minute as a toy with any kid. It is just too fragile. Most of mine have the central shaft broken where it attaches to the bus body and on one the horses are lost. There are no rare versions to look for - unless that covers intact examples.
