With most die-casts switching to left hand drive is fairly simple, you just make a new seat unit with the steering wheel on the other side. With a bus it is a bit more tricky because you have to switch the passenger doors to the other side. Matchbox did it with this bus, the Berlin version has the doors on the opposite side to the London version, which is impressive.
