This section majors on my
collection of Corgi Toys. It is based on the Great Book of
Corgi written by Marcel van Cleemput. More specifically I've
taken the pocket book which comes with it and split the site
into sections based on the models released in each year
between 1956 and 1979. Just because I don't like them
I've excluded anything post 1970 which is bigger than 1:40 scale,
all Rockets,
Cubs, Juniors and some of the grosser TV tie-ins like the
Magic Roundabout are also excluded |
Now that I have a fab new
photography set up I'm re-photographing the
whole collection. I'm going to go through it cleaning the cars as I go.
Restoration is coming later.

New Picture Index
My latest wheeze is
to create a new type of indexing the site; a single page showing
all the models in the Corgi range in number order with
thumbnails. For a programmer this would not be hard, I am doing
it manually so it will take a long time! It's looking good so
far.
