Range Rover

This is a model of the early Classic Range Rover in four door form. The tan one though is in a colour scheme which was used on the very first three door models in 1970. This is a casting still in use by the current owners of the Corgi brand and I have examples of it as a Police car and as Steed's Range Rover from the New Avengers.

As a model it is an anomaly. The grille is from the early two-door Range Rover. By the time the four door model came out they had face lifted the model and the horizontal bar radiator was in use - so this is a model of a Range Rover that never was.
