is another of Chris Davidson's mint-in-box 1:36 scale set and a very
late one in the life of Corgi. Number 382 is listed in the Great Book of
Corgi as being released in May 1983, a month before the original Corgi
Company went into receivership, only it is listed as being metallic
blue. I suspect this is a later release in competition livery after the
new owners had taken over. There is a 1976 release quoted in The Great Book of Corgi as being 'flamboyant golden yellow' but I do not think this is that one as it is not a competition model. |
