| This
very nice model of the FIAT X1/9 first showed up as a silver or green
'civilian' version in 1975 and again a year later with an inshore racing
powerboat on a trailer in Carlsberg trim. This 1980 re-release in
race/rally trim was to get a few more years out of a well tried model.
The Fiat X1/9 Rally Car was released in February 1980 and was always
metallic blue with red, yellow & orange decals, FIAT logo and racing
number 3. There are no variations. A Carlsberg model has passed through my collection but you can tell by the mountain scenery that this one belongs to Chris Davidson |
