| These two were in successive auctions on eBay and turned out to be from the same seller. The cream one is a repaint although the decal on the bonnet does appear to be genuine Corgi Pony Club. The restorer has done a very nice job of taking off the base plate and replacing it with screws and the paint finish is good. What spoils it is that they did not strip off the bronze paint before repainting and did not use a base coat. As a result the bronze shows through in a lot of places. |
