More 'Mazak' - slightly crude casting and not quite right. That
grille is wrong!

The Car is the Ford Cortina MkIII produced by Ford from 1970 to 1976. This item is a re-release of the casting used for No.313 The Ford Cortina GXL released in November 1970. This Police version was added to the Corgi range in 1972 and deleted in 1977. There are two versions, both in white. The UK version has police stickers while the German version has 'Polizei'. The German version is the more valuable of the two. |
