With some of the old Corgis one can refer to them as models and be serious about it. Yes they were primarily toys, but take for example the Simon Snorkel fire engine. That was also a fine piece of scale model engineering, or the old Renault Floride which was an excellent detailed model of an elegant car - they were also both toys. This is just a toy, nothing else.

I'm rather pleased with the photos though, you can make a silk purse out of a sow's ear! There should be surf boards on the roof.
