The excellent Ford 5000 tractor is made available for the first time here. It was released as a single item in the following year. Its a slight misnomer calling this a Conveyor Set - in my farming youth we would have called this an elevator. They were mostly used for getting hay bales into high and difficult to reach parts of the barn. The set was released in 1966 and remained in the range until 1971. Almost every played with example you will find will have the belts missing.
This set has been put together using cars from my collection, The conveyor/elevator is without belts and as far as I know they are not available as after-market spares. All in all not what you'd call a mint example of the gift set
