This is one of the true classics of American cars in 1963, another fine piece of judgement on the range builders at Corgi to choose this one - not only a fantastic choice of car but - retracting headlamps, vacuum plated plastic detailing and golf clubs visible in the back!
Look closely at those clubs - they must be for a midget! However when I met the real thing at the Classic Car Show (NEC, 2006) I made it my business to find out if you really could fit a set of clubs in there - you can. The back does not open and that 'boot' area is one big open void inside the car, it is just empty behind the seats.
