1959 saw the first of many excellent Corgi farmyard models. Corgi began naturally enough with a tractor and trailer which is the basis of any farm set. With these two and a couple of plastic cows you were off. This is the trailer part of it, a model of the Massey Ferguson 30cwt tipper trailer and a fine model it is too. Typical of the period for Corgi it is both finely modelled and well engineered for play.
This trailer was made from 1959 to 1964 and is always yellow on a red chassis, there are no listed variations except that it may have metal or plastic wheels which does not seem to affect value.
