The scanner was also available in the Rocket Age set and was here offered for sale as an individual piece. It was sold from 1959 to 1960 and is always RAF blue with an orange scanner.
There are very few of these where the central antenna remains in one piece and mine is no exception - it is long gone, but replacements are easily available. However it still rotates with the milled wheel and it complements my other missiles & vehicles very nicely.
